So. I was in the lunch line, (I'm Asian) when this black kid was cutting the lines. I don't really care, but he pushed me to get past. I stop him and I'lm like, the **** are you doing. He's pretty big 5 10, but I'm bigger and 5'11 . He starts getting up in my face, sayin blablbal you wnat to hit me.? let's go. what you gonna do about it.
I'm like.. laughing.. are you serious.? His friends know me, and they tell him to chill out, because they know I would've wrecked him. BUt yet he consists in taunting me. So, I go to him, and quietly say, meet me after school. I don't want a crowd like usual, for his sake. He's like OH YOU WNAT TO GO BLABALA LET"S GO RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW!.. But i was going to teach him a lesson after school..
So illogical. I'm a senior applying tot he Naval Academy, and I can't afford to get suspended. In fact, nobody can afford it. But he persists. In the cafeteeria full of security. finanlly, he says "Aite afterschool ".. and I turn away, just thinkni about fries and a sandwhich. I don't want to deal with this kid now. I want to eat. 10 seconds later, he comes from behind me and punches me in face. I'm in schock as he hits me. Did he really just suckerpunch me .?.?.? he attempted to knock me out or down, but I stood there, trying to face him. He continues to punch me in the face, and I'm afraid to get suspended sO i don't even block them. I 'ate' the hits, cus he hit like a pussy, but I got my lip busted open, the inside of my mouth torn up, my jaw bruised, and my earring got torn out.
I don't get any punishment, cus I didn't hit him or anything. He gets only a 2 day suspension. Is that total bs.? or is that reasonable.
I heard that an asain kid that hit a white kid at a school ended up gettin expelled. But this guy only gets 2 days.? I really need some feedback. IS 2 DAYS SUSPENSION FOR PRACTICALLY ASSAULT REASONABLE.? I mean, I want to **** him up and wreck his *** because I can, but I can't because that'll land me into trouble, and I have plans for the future. What if reporting to the police for assualt to get back the fair justice. The important thing is, if you really let him hit you, you should have done it in the cafteria's camera for evidence, and not just let him hit you. What would you get to have someone hit you without the evidence .? Since you are injurued and with the medical reports, and if you have gotten the video camera, I think you can just report to the police. Even without camera evidence, you still should report to the police.
I have watched the TV of a program. A guy was beatean up by his neighbor, and he deliberately did not counter attack because he had put up a video camera to record everything. He went to the police office with all the evidence and the medical report, his neighbor was arrested and put to jail for 2 years.
You shouldnt have just let him beaten you up. You should at least have blocked him for 3 or 4 puches, then you start to fight back to show that you were for defense, just to show to people you were force to defense, in case anyone is willing to be the witness to tell what they have seen, but definately did it in the camera was the best
2 Day suspension is not fair to you at all. I would report to the police with the proof of medical report to get back the justice.

Since your lip has bursted and mouth torn, if you still haven't visited a doctor, go to visit now, and tell him how you got beaten and you need this report to give to the police. The doctor would write down everything as a medical report. Remember, to tell the doctor they are very hurt, and if you have headache and neck pain etc, tell him ALL, so the police and the judge would know the level of your injury to help them determind the level of punishment of the offender.Health Question & Answer

I don't know if anything can be done about his suspension now... but please call the police today (especially where you have your bruises as evidence) and file a report.
