Question: Im a singer but how do i recover my voice after a bad cold.?
Ive had a really bad cold and i have tonnes of flem in my throught and i can sing, but when i try and hit the high notes that i could before theres alot of strain and i can feel something blocking my chest. Please can someone help.?.?.?.? Health Question & Answer

This will happen after a bad cold. You need to drink lots of fluids to get all the flem cleared up, it will take a few days though..Health Question & Answer
I swear by mucsinex otc it cleared up my chest cold really good. It broke up the phlem and had a productive cough. If the otc stuff isn't working you may have to go to the dr. and get some rx to knock it out. I'm also big on gargling with warm salt water, herbal tea with lots of honey/lemon. but, mainly honey, a hot totty. Whiskey is an antiseptic so, maybe a shot. Depending on the color of your mucus will determine if it's a sinus infection yellow/green. Stay away from dairy mainly Milk these produce more mucus. Vicks vapor rub. I'm not a singer but, I do have allergies/asthma and have had sinus infections a lot so, That much I can help you out with. Good luck hope you feel better soon. Health Question & Answer
