i plan on going to sleep between 8-9 every night and waking up at 6 every morningHealth Question & Answer

I find its easier to go to bed earlier when I am REALLY REALLY tired.

SO I start the getting up earlier FIRST. Set that clock for 6 no matter what time you go to bed, or to get started EVEN earlier.

Like 5am... Even give your self a treat if you do, like you MUST get up and if you do and leave by 5:30 you go to Krispy Kreme for a donut...

I usually try to go to sleep by 8-9pm, but it always turns out that i go to sleep at 10 and i can't fall asleep until 12, and i need to wake up at 6. So in other words, good for you.Health Question & Answer
