Question: Hurt ankle during basketball..?
iI hurt my ankle while playing basketball and I jumped up and when i landed It hurt and there was a sharp pain for like 5-10 minutes. Like impossible to walk. It kinda hurts too walk but not too much. It only hurts when i run like continuously and when i lean my left foot out. I can feel the pain. Did I roll it, Sprain it or what happened.?Health Question & Answer

By putting pressure on your ankles by almost spraining it is a good way to warm them up and strengthen your ankles before and after you play basketball and to prevent ankle injuries from happening.
