This has never failed me...eat something that has NO sugar, take two Excedrin migraine tabs, take a long hot bath and keep your head under water, only coming up for air (just go with it...it works.) then, once it's gone lay down for 30 min. so it does not come back. This always works for me and Ive had some serious migraines!Health Question & Answer
