Internal pain back from moving?!

i was siiting down in couch, i always feel this small pain in righ upper back ,today i was sitting down watching tv with 11 month daughter in left i suddenly move my right hand to reach for remote and felt sting and pain like, something got big inside my right upper back. i had a hard time getting up to go to room as i did walk to room i coulnt stand pain moving inside my right torso behind chest area, after relaxing for a while i stiill feel like something is there no much pain but preassure and when i sit and try to twist to lef it hurts........can anybody help me .......shed some light.Health Question & Answer

You may have pulled some muscles around that part of your back (an example only) but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.Health Question & Answer
