You need to go back to your Dr. If you are having trouble breathing, you may still have bronchitis or asthma. And the headaches may be from sinus congestion or asthma. You're tired because your lungs are probably not up to full capacity from your pneumonia(or bronchitis), and your body is working overtime just to get enough Oxygen.
