how can i tell if i fractured my foot. my leg is still healing because i broke it and someone crashed into me with their bike. i cant put pressure on it and there was a burning sensation for a while. do u think i fractured it.?Health Question & Answer

As a radiographer (x-ray tech), it's easy to differentiate between new fractures and old ones. You'll only know if you have an x-ray taken.

You can only tell if you get it x-rayed. IT is pretty easy to get a hairline fracture in the foot, and, there is just no way you can keep off of it well enough to know if it is a sprain, strain, or a fracture without medical supervision.Health Question & Answer
