Questions about past injuries?!

Question: Questions about past injuries.?
im apologize ahead of time if it seems long or doesnt seem to ask a clear quesiton. you dont have to answer all of them, but any help on any question would be amazing.

1) i broke my finger about 7 years ago, crushing my growth plate. so in addition to being short and crooked, when i straighten it it kinda hyper extends. none of my other fingers do that. any reason it does this.?

2) i got hit on the side of the head at cheerleading last winter and i still get random headaches there. theyre not as bad and frequent as they used to be but theyre still annoying.

3) i did something to my shoulder about 1 1/2 years ago. again at cheerleading, i was stunting and my shoulder popped out and right back in. now its all weird and whenever i carry something my shoulder slides out of place, and my arm goes numb. Health Question & Answer

Ok I'm a nurse.. I'm going to TRY to answer your questions.

1) The reason why your previously injured finger does things differently then the others, is simply because of the way it heeled. Some people will have more range of motion in these joints, others will have less. Either way, you should be ok.

2) Getting hit on the side of the head, did you get it checked out.? Was it a concussion.? Ironically I read an article a few days ago about head injuries and athletes. It was talking about the long term effects of them. Several professional athletes have donated their brains to science because of this. Speaking personally, I was knocked unconscious once, after hitting my head. I myself have noticed memory problems since. The brain is still a very unknown world. The headaches may not be related. You never know.

3) Your shoulder may not have healed right, or you may have a piched nerve. That I would go back to the Dr. and have it checked out, just to be safe. It may be nothing, but there's nothing better then peace of mind

Good luck with all of it!Health Question & Answer
