How can I get more activated and motivated?!


Question: How can I get more activated and motivated.?
I have recently become very demotivated, I dont want to go anywhere out or meet with friends. How can i prevent this from happening.?
I always force my self to do things.

You just have to get a grip of yourself, start thinking positive, ok your maybe say no it does nothing and you don't believe it works but listen carefully it does work and eventually you will realise that your wasting your life being demotivated, we all want goals in life and need friends to socialise, in future never think negative, just push your way forward, you will be rewarded.Health Question & Answer

exercise. I know it sounds stupid, because it's hard to start when your demotivated, but if you force yourself to exercise you get more energy and it's just overall easier to get yourself out of the house.
