Benefits of taking ibuprofen for inflammation injuries?!


Question: Benefits of taking ibuprofen for inflammation injuries.?
I have plantar fasciitis, and I was always recommended to take ibuprofen in addition to several other treatment options such as stretching and wearing shoe inserts. Does ibuprofen actually help heal the injury or is it just something that gives you temporary relief.? Would it give me any benefit in the long run in healing the injury.?Health Question & Answer
