Question: I have habit of being awake till late! i sleep evryday at 3/5 at night,does it lead to vitaminb12 deficiency.?

1. sleeping late leads to exhaustion and low energy levels
2. get into bed around 10pm, read a book. at least you are getting some rest.
3. do something you find really boring! i start writing letters to relatives and believe me, before i finish the first one, i am half asleep!
4. how many hours of sleep do you get.? if you sleep around 5am and wake up around 9am, it is not enough. i suppose you are studying or employed, then you can't sleep till noon. at least 6/7 hours of sleep is a must.
5. you don't get any vitamin deficiency from sleeplessness but some deficiency causes this condition. get a blood test for anemia. check your blood pressure and heart rate. enlarged heart also makes one restless and hyperactive. if you can't relax, you can't sleep.
6. stressed.? try to relax by going for walks, doing some exercise. don't eat a heavy meal after 7pm. avoid coffee or tea or alcohol if you want to sleep before midnight.
7. if you sleep from 1 am till 7 am, it is ok. so don't worry about when you sleep, but for how long you do. there is no "normal" time for sleeping, but if you need to be up by 7am, then you should sleep by 1 am.Health Question & Answer

no because i go to bed every night around 4 or 5 you should juxt only be tired that is something else.
