Question: Having chest pain while taking cymbalta help please.?
im on 60mg cymbalta for about a month now and have been having a chest pain for a few days now and its constantly hurting, and if i get depressed at all or anxious it hurts worse. i have read on a previous question about chest tightening and how if you have it you should see a doctor.
but do you think this is causing it.? or could it be something else.? im on 60 mg. is chest pain on an anti depressant serious.?

Chest pain isn't always a heart attack or angina. And it isn't necessarily because of the Cymbalta. It can be caused by gas pains, muscle aches, etc, etc. If your skin gets cold and clammy, you have difficulty breathing, and that pain starts radiating, mainly into your left arm, you might want to consider calling an ambulance.Health Question & Answer
