My foot hurts really badly but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it - what could it be?!
Question: My foot hurts really badly but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it - what could it be.?
So the top of my foot is really sore. I went to the doctor and he gave me pain meds because I got an xray and nothing was broken or fractured or anything. Without the meds, I can't go to rugby practice because it's agony to run. I'm running out of the meds and I'm afraid to go ask for more because I don't want the doctor to make me stop playing rugby. Does anyone know of a case similar to this one.? Any home remedies that will allow me to keep playing.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
If an xray did not find any fractures, there is a good chance that you have something called a soft tissue injury. This is caused by a strain / sprain or a tear in the ligaments of the foot.
