Well I am no Pharmacist but 15Mg's of Perc will not be absorbed as quick as a Roxi IR (Immediate release). Is it the same, yes. The 15mg Roxi no matter what is going to be hit faster than 3 perc's swallowed whole. Plus the Perc is mixed with Tylenol and fillers. Is it the same, yes, Do they metabolize differently.? Yes. Will you get the same effect.? No. Just the mass of the small Roxi compared to the 3 perc's will make the absorbtion quicker.Health Question & Answer
