Lower abdominal pains? ?!


Question: Lower abdominal pains.? .?
I've had it for a few days already, three days to be exact. At first I was doing alot of situps, but I did it before but it didn't hurt this much. Then the next day I kinda wore really tight shorts and it kinda hurt my tummy so I thought it would go away. Now it's still here. Is this normal.?...or if not, what so.? Health Question & Answer

it can happen if ur not used to working out and it just means that your work out is working. its your tissue ripping and when ur body repairs it, it scars and gets hard (abs). so give ur body a rest or do a light workout and continue ur workout later. its good to do cardio on day 1 and abs and muscles on day 2. day 1, day 2 get it.?Health Question & Answer

NO.... it is not normal. You could have pulled a major muscle in your stomach, and the restricting shorts added more pressure onto the sore muscle. You need to RELAX for the next couple days, and do not do any over the top exercising. If problem persists, contact your doctor. Fell better!!!! Health Question & Answer
