ok i had my tonsillectomy last year under general anesthesia (LASER TONSILLECTOMY) and since then i keep getting scratchy throat....is the tonsillectomy related to the scratching.?
nd can u please tell me how does a tonsil tissue that is left after a tonsillectomy look like.?Health Question & Answer

I had my tonsils removed when I was 15, now I'm 40 and they have grown back slightly on each side, not much but just enough to be annoying when I sometimes catch tonsillitis from my kids. I would suggest you return to your doctor immediately if you have any concerns, it does take a few weeks for the area to heal also...good luckHealth Question & Answer
