Okay, it's 1 AM where I live. I'm completely disoriented and I tried to make some Easy Mac (Macaroni and Cheese). I accidentally microwaved the uncooked noodles without water in them because I'm so tired and now they're really burnt and there's smoke everywhere. I turned a fan on and opened my windows. Can I die or get cancer from the smoke.? I was coughing a lot. Health Question & Answer

Doubt you could die from that but the fact that you haven't had sleep could disorient you severely and make you do something worse that you wouldn't normally do that could be dangerous.

No you can't die from the smoke unless you inhale it exclusively until you suffocate. Put the macaroni outside until it has cooled down then bin it and make yourself a sarnie.Health Question & Answer
