Question: Please HELP!! what's is this.?
My arm has become red and swollen and I have a blistery type rash, I don't know why this is. I wore some bangles the other day which had dye in them and they had contact with water when I was washing up and the dye went onto my arm so could that be the possible cause of it or could it be something more concerning.?.?

It sounds to me like an allergy to the either the dye in the bracelets or an allergy to the material the bracelet is made of. Is the area itchy.? Is there any swelling or rash any where else.?
If it is just localized and you have no fever, go to your local drugstore and ask the pharmacist about it. They may be able to suggest some type of over the counter cream to put on it.
You could try a cool compress. Or a baking soda paste made of baking soda and cool water to help alleviate some of the swelling and help with the rash.

If the rash is located where you had your bangles at, that is a great possibility. That happens to my mother when she wears fake jewelry, she breaks out in an itchy rash. Health Question & Answer
