By eat, do you mean, drink.? Because I have a habit of chewing my cheeks and biting my lips, and when they bleed I tend to think that the taste of blood is quite nice. So in turn I suck the blood from the cheek part, or the lip until it's not bleeding anymore.

I don't think it's bad to drink your own blood. Of course, you don't want to cut yourself just to get more. That's not good. But blood is almost like... Well, have you ever tasted a penny.? I'm not sure why you'd want to do this. It's pretty harmless to suck a cut on your finger, but I wouldn't suggest drinking a cup full of your own blood.
