How do I get rid of a headache ?!

Question: How do I get rid of a headache .?

I took tylenol about an hour ago and it stays for 4 hours, but my head still hurts. I saw spots before which I thought would lead to a migrane which it did. I'm not allowed to go to sleep. What can I do to releive the pain.? The medicine is fast working, and it helped prevent major pain. But I still cannot concentrate on anything and it hurts and is very annoying. A cold pack on the back of the neck helps.... also i know it sounds funny but your feet in a bucket of cold water..... this does work.. constricts the blood vessels in the feet..cools the body down helps the head.... dont laugh give it a try.. good luckHealth Question & Answer
