Mysterious Knee pains?!
Question: Mysterious Knee pains.?
Lately my right knee has been hurting me out of nowhere. I can tolerate the pain but it bothers me and I'm scared its just the beginning of something painful. I'm 20 years old. I don't really play sports or move around much all day. At work I sit for half an hour and get up to walk around for a while or stand outside. I'm a car salesman. I'm 5ft 10in and weigh 195, I was 185 and muscular but I kinda let myself go. I don't know what's been hurting my leg. Is there anything I can do to stop it.? I don't have insurance yet and in these rough times, I can't really afford to go have a doctor check it out. As far as I can remember, I haven't done any weird movements or anything painful to any of my legs. Please help.Health Question & Answer

You can try applying heat to the area to see if that helps ease some of the pain in your knees (an example only).
I would recommend seeing a doctor for further evaluation of the situation, but due to the financial situation I would recommend checking with the city health department to see if they offer a free health clinic that can evaluate the situation for you. If not, check to see if there's a Medical School close by that might be able to help.Health Question & Answer
