Question: Any doctors or nurses.?
When travelling by plane, and coming to land. I get really sharp pains in the front of my head. also my ears block up. What causes this.? Is it sinus.? And what can I do to prevent it. Because it makes me not want to travel by plane.
The pain is still in my head by the way.

You need to get a soft chewy lolly as soon as you start descent. Another trick is to pinch your nose and blow air hard with your mouth closed, your ears should pop.
Lots of Passengers suffer this, if it is unbearable you should advise the Hostess as the Pilot can slow the descent.
