Question: Whats wrong with my foot.?.?
At like 10:30 today i had Gym and when we went to change two of my friends who are older than me were joking around and one of them got close to me and with just a sock on i kicked him in the shin and 5 seconds later my foot felt horribly bad now im limping what is wrong with it.?Health Question & Answer

It's very possible you either tore a cartilidge or maybe even displace a bone. Take a week and see if it heals and ifr it doesn't heal then get on over to the local podiatrist's office.
During that week you can soak the foot in warm water which brings blood into it for healing.
If the pain worsens take some Tylonol but if the pain gets too intense then that's a sign of bigger troubles and you might just want to get on over to the ER for some Xrays.

Well the shin is bone and you werent wearing a shoe, just a sock. Of course it is going to hurt. Give it a day or two to heal.Health Question & Answer
