Pus doesn't always come out. The best thing is to go to a doc and see what he says. But for the future: dont cut your nails too short and dont wear tight footwear and do what ever you can to stop your feet from sweating(if you have sweaty feet)Health Question & Answer
sounds like an ingrown toenail to me. avoid cutting down the side of the nail. only cut the top off reasonably straight. go see a doctor and they'll refer you to a podiatrist who'll take care of that for you.Health Question & Answer
