Try using words. That usually works with me. Seriously, why in the world would you have trouble telling your Mom about pain you're having.?
When you tell her be sure to show here where it's hurting and tell her why it's hurting and then also how bad it's hurting. (Scale of one to ten)
If after all of this she doesn't care or doesn't do anything then I suggest telling Dad. If there is no Dad then tell Mom again or....try screaming. If none of that works tell Mom that you're going out for a walk and tell her where. The emergency Room.Health Question & Answer

well if u already told her the only thing to do is subtly say "oww" here and there. make her ask "is ur knee ok." but subtlness is the key. if u don't do it slyly she will know and then she will never ask u. cuz a mother cannot defy her primitive instinct to help her child. :) go gettup! lol :)Health Question & Answer
