Question: Could my knee be dislocated .?
In to about 15mins of a hockey game my knee gets sore when i step on it / put pressure on it. Its the 4th time its happend, any body no whats wrong or advice .?

with a dislocated knee u won't be able to feel anything below the knee and have no pulse felt in the foot. so no , its not dislocated.
if u had a torn ligament then ur knee would be unstable and very painful and swollen and a feeling of giving way is very common.
u could've twisted ur knee while playing causing injury to ur meniscus
symptoms usually include pain, swelling, difficulty extending ur knee and sometimes clicking.
get an app. with an orthopedist or a therapist to examine ur knee.

If it was dislocated you would sure know about it, could be a ligament or muscle based injury.
Rest it as much as possible and don't mess with it too much before you make it worse and see a doctor, it needs to be x-rayed and treated if this keeps happening.

Have you not maybe badly damaged it... If you have it can be bruised on the inside, my sister done that with her arm but it wasn't broken/dislocated, just bruised within. If it was dislocated, trust me, you'd know. If it pops when you stand or do something to it maybe it's dislocating but I highly doubt it. Go to the docs anyway, just to be on the safe side - It could be something much worse (surgical etc)Health Question & Answer
If your knee is dislocated you wont be able to move your knee and it would hurt a LOT

If your knee was dislocated you would be screaming in pain and most definitely not sat here asking questions.
It could be a muscle problem or a cartilege problem.

I would say you have probably damaged your ligament if it was a dislocated you would be in a lot more pain.Health Question & Answer
