HeatherHealth Question & Answer

Well, it "ain't" your skin either, it's your muscle. Can't be sure what you are trying to say, but suffice to say that if it hurts when you are doing something then stop doing whatever makes it hurt. For a persistent injury, give it about 4-6 weeks to heal before you go out and do something else.Health Question & Answer
