Can someone read the results of this chemstrip for me serious answers only please!?!?!

Question: Can someone read the results of this chemstrip for me serious answers only please!.?!.?
Ok so my friend gave me a bottle with a few chemstrip 10 md strips in it because I thought I had a kidney infection. I have a very long history of kidney infections, I used to get several every year since I was very small... from the results that I know how to read I know that this does point to a kidney infection- but I am not sure what everything else means.

I do also have all the symptoms that I usually have ie: frequent urination that tingles very badly and is extremely uncomfortable. It also feels like I can not empty my bladder. Sharp shooting pains in my back, right side and also in the right front of my abdomen closer to the side... I had a fever yesterday and chills but also hot flashes today and yesterday. I did a strip yesterday and the day before but the only things that really showed anything abnormal was : Leukocytes + and Blood/ Hemoglobin was about 250 Ery/

I just did another strip and they read as follows:
Specific Gravity-1.020
pH-5
Leukocytes - ++
Nitrite- Pos
Protein- 30
Glucose- Normal
Ketones- Neg
Urobilinogen- Normal
Bilirubin- +
Blood / Hemoglobin- About 250 ery/Health Question & Answer

Answers:
To anwer your question, let me go over your urinalysis (dipstick test)
Remenber that a clean catch is not a sterile specimen and, if the urine was not preerved well and plated (cultured) quick, bacteria could have overgown in exponential numbers. However, this test and correlation with symptoms, suggests a Urinar Tract Infection.
Specific Gravity-1.020 NORMAL
pH-5 NORMAL
Leukocytes - ++ ABNORMAL (PRESENCE OF WHITE CELLS.
Nitrite- Pos ABNORMAL, MEANS ACTIVITY OF BACTERIA IN THE BLADER, SINCE IT IS A BYPRODUCT FOUND WHEN BACTERIA IS PRESENT,
Protein- 30 COULD JUST BE THE PROTEIN OF BLOOD, AND NOT ALBUMIN.
Glucose- Normal
Ketones- Neg
Urobilinogen- Normal
Bilirubin- +
Blood / Hemoglobin- About 250 ery/ ABNORMAL (UNLESS MENSTRUATING)Health Question & Answer

Leukocytes (white blood cells) are a pretty good sign of infection
The erythrocytes (red blood cells) mean that your urinary tract has damage and is bleeding.
I would definitely get to a doctor and start antibiotics.

Sg-normal
Ph- normal
Nitrite- pos indicates infection
Protein- Over 10 may mean infection but can be related to other things
Glucose- obviously normal
Ketones- normal
Urobilinogen- normal
Bilirubin- a small amount (only one +) can be normal
Health Question & Answer

just means u have a renal infection again... but if ure getting feversnd chills u need antibiotics fairly quickly so u dont get pyelonephritis (which if u feel unwell and have renal pain and fever sounds like u might already have) so worth a rapid visit to a doc...leukocytes are white cells for fighting infection, nitrites become positive in infection, blood is due to the irritaiton of the infection, bilirubin is lowish and prob normal anyway and could be because ure unwellHealth Question & Answer
