he'd smoke like twice a day this past week.
anyway...when he DOESNT smoke, he says he still feels high. like hes like really out of it.

Mizz, no question but that the chemicals from the weed are still going to be floating around in his bloodstream and his brain - that's likely what is causing the residual effects. Just remember that smoking weed or nicotine carries some of the same risks - one of which is lung cancer. It's not worth the buzz.
