You headaches (migraines) are caused by a spirit. That pressure is merely the feeling a spirit being with you, and is often referred to as a tension-type headache.

Think of the art depicting the saints and their halos. Those halos are the artistic representations of Holy Spirits. They are about the head for reasons of logic and science. This is what is happening to you. It means that you are a saint.Health Question & Answer

Have you ever seen a chiropractor.? I have been a long time suffer.

There are many causes of migraines:
food allergies (chocolate, red wine, etc.)
sinuses (can trigger migraines)
neck being out of place (chiropractor can save you!)
stress (divorce, stressful job, etc.)
also period (due to increased estrogen during this time of the month)

to help with a migraine your doctor can prescribe to you a newer medication called immitrex or amerge. this medication forces the tiny blood vessels in your forehead to open up (their constricting is what causes the horrible pain of the migraine)

prevention is the best remedy find a cheap chiropractor that can aline your spine and neck to prevent them.

you can try avoid the above mentioned foods and seeing if when you eat them you get a migraine soon after. (but if your like me, I haven't been able to give up chocolate and it doesn't seem to trigger them )

Pain with a migraine is usually on the same side, but not necessarily always on the same side.

talk to your doctor about the noticable changes in where you pain is. he may schedule an mri to make sure something else is not causing the pain or change in pain. it is important not to put this off as if something else is going on you definately want to have it checked earlier rather than later (too late).

also, don't be afraid to get a second opinion. It took me years and about 2-4 doctors to get to the bottom of what caused my migraines.

PS) I asked to have an MRI when I had a change in my migraines, my doctor would not give me one due to he did not think I had any symptoms other than that of a migraine. But my pain was one sided (on one side or the other, not on the top). Health Question & Answer

Sugar headaches and migraines are very common so a reduced sugar intake might perhaps help. See item 71 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .Health Question & Answer
