I got this really painful, red bump on my leg, its been there a couple days... I have no idea how it got there, and whenever I touch it it BURNS LIKE HELL!!

It sounds like a spider bite but it can also be staph infection...try using an allergy cream for bug bites and such. If that doesn't help it clear up within a few days so see a doctor immediately. Yeah, sounds like a nasty spider bite. Try squeezing out the puss, and yes that will be painful, and putting some neosporin on it. If it is so painful that you can't do that then go to the ER. Health Question & Answer
