Question: How does a pinched nerve feel like.? What are the symptoms.?
I crack my back---I KNOW BAD HABIT! But a week ago I have been experience pain in one little place on my back just beside my spine---Could it be from cracking.? When should I go get it checked out.? I am kind of nervous.? Health Question & Answer

Don't be nervous. I've been to a Chiro at least 200 times because I used to do a lot of heavy lifting. A pinched nerve hurts like someone is poking you. It also leads to organ malfunctions. Mild malfunctions but still, if you go too long you can start being sick a lot or pain could start in a leg or arm or neck or headaches...etc.
most dr's know your insurance covers a couple for free a year. Take their advice and see them for a while.. They'll do whats called a maintenance program for you ...it'll start out 2 a week for a month or two, then 1 a week for a month or two, then one a week every other week .... etc down to once a month, then once every other month until you're all better.
The reason for all the treatments is that if you're like me...I put a lot of years 'in' with a misaligned back and it takes awhile for the muscles to get strong enough to keep it aligned.
If you're lucky, you may only need to see them a few times to fix you up. Advice one more time.? they can even help if you're catching a cold...no kidding...the body is able to fix it's self 10xs faster when all the organs are getting the proper amounts of blood! Good luck! Health Question & Answer
