Question: Why is my hip flexor popping.?
I row crew, and one of the biggest ab workouts we do is the bicycle workout. Whenever, I extend my right leg out, the hip flexor makes an audible popping sound. There is no pain, but it's still a very odd phenomenon Health Question & Answer
