Question: Busted Blood Vessel or Bruise.?

I sustained an injury last night while playing with one of my dogs, and it didn't start to hurt until I got out of the shower, then it started to get the bruised coloration and the extreme pain. The showers temp was around 86 degrees.

I've never had a bruise form that fast, what is it.?:

Answers:

You might want to see your doctor...bruising that quickly could signify a deeper injury...a bone bruise (painful but no biggie) or a fracture. I suggest the RICE treatment and call the doc.
Take several Advil (ibuprophen) to relieve the swelling.

Rest Ice Compression Elevate. Make sure to ICE it though. Looks like a bruise, if it gets better every day I would not worry about it.Health Question & Answer
