Help- what is wrong with my arm veins?!


Question: Help- what is wrong with my arm veins.?
Since I have been having my severe allergic reactions- going on 5 yrs now(anaphylaxis) the ER, Doctors, and labs can not find any veins in my arms to place IV's. The veins either roll or they flash but then blow. This week I had 2 allergic reactions- and now I have 10- yes 10 bruises where they tried to find veins but couldn't I look like someone beat me up- I tried looking up vein disorders- but only could come up with the "large vein" disorders- why are my veins doing this.? and does anyone else have this problem.? could it be related to my mediations or just a flux
