Sores in back of my throat?!
Question: Sores in back of my throat.?
When I woke up today I felt that somthing was stuck in back of my throat it was the thing that hangs there was so swollen it was touching my tongue and back of my throat. It has went down but there is now a red sore on the thing that hangs down. Should I go to ER I do not have insurance and no doctor.Health Question & Answer

They will test you for strep and even provide the medication you need charging you on a sliding scale according to what you can afford, even giving it to you free if you have a low income. You definitely have strep throat! Go to the doctor and get antibiotics. I have had strep throat many times make sure you don't drink before somebody because it's very contageous. Health Question & Answer
