Question: I have abdominal pains, what causes them .?

By my right kidney , my penis , my testicles , all across my lower abdomen....but not all pains at once. Diarrhoea , but only a few stools. Is there a Doctor in the house .?

You need your head read if you haven't seen a doctor by now! Seriously you have more than enough symptoms to justify seeing a doctor promptly - like go to an ER and saying I need to see a doc NOW!
