Could have pinched a nerve dancing or something like that while you were out. Soak in a hot bath and looses things up. See if that helps. also drinking slows down blood flow so that could be an issue as well. And if you slept on it all night without moving and stopped the blood flow for a long period of time you could have caused damage to the nerves and tissue. Just calm down and take a bath and see where that gets you. The stress could be making it worse.Health Question & Answer

Is there anything stopping the blood from flowing to the hand.? maybe like a tight cloth or weight.? because if there's weight on the arm then that may be the case, so if there's anything stopping the blood flow then take it off the arm, and if there's nothing on the arm try something like swinging it up and down, if the problem keeps going try google, also keep your arm below the shoulders as if it's above the shoulders the blood won't flow properly.Health Question & Answer

If You are that concerned about it you should go to a neighborhood health clinic or the emergency room.Health Question & Answer
