I have my navel pierced and ears, I use to have my tongue and nose done. For me, tongue was the least uncomfortable and the pain was bearable. I think the skin on your hand will be the most painful, your lip is definitely painful, especially if you get it done in the center as this is the felshist part, but keep in mind that every piercing will cause a certain amount of discomfort and depending on your pain threshold it can be ok or too painful.
