My left leg is bigger than my right leg now!?!
Question: My left leg is bigger than my right leg now!.?
exactly one week ago i sprained my ankle, quite badly, and i have been off my right leg since. because using the crutches was really hurting my arms, i have mostly been hopping around on my left leg. unfortunately (or i guess kinda fortunately) i now have some massive mucsles in my left leg, but it is noticibly bigger than my right one! does anyone know how to heal the atrophy in my right leg.?Health Question & Answer

Hmmm....well, I broke and dislocated my ankle in april, and was non-weight bearing for 12 weeks in a cast and stuff, and my good leg was more than one inch bigger (wider) than my other one.
I would suggest calf raises (going up on your toes)...if that gets easy then stand on a stair or raised surface with your heals off the back, and do it then. When you can do this with one leg. Jut general walking around should build it back up. Mine is very nearly there now (but mine was a lot worse than yours I would guess as I was off it for so long!)
