well read this please! i was skateboarding and i did a trick thats named 540 flip..... but whatever i fell down when i landed on the skateboard and hit my bottom really HARD! ITS BEEN 2 DAYS AND IT STILL HURTS! on theres a big gray spot on my bottom ! help please how do i stop it.?Health Question & Answer

Ice it 20 minutes every hour. Take ibuprofen for the pain and swelling. Try not to sit on it. Sleep on your belly. Buy one of those inflatable donut shaped cushions from the pharmacy. My daughter just bruised her backside and went to ER- they wouldn't do anything more for her than ice, ibuprofen, and advised her to rest. Its gonna hurt- that gray spot is the bruise. You'll feel goofy carrying the donut cushion around to sit upon, but you'll need it to keep the pressure off the bruise. Health Question & Answer
The spot is a bruise and almost certainly have you fractured your coccyx bone (tail bone) The best is to have a Dr or Nurse look at it.Health Question & Answer
