Question: Can you overdose on halls with zinc.?
I know this sounds a little crazy but ive been sucking on halls with zinc all day and i just read the back of the package and it says you should only have 4 per day i just tried to call the number on the back of the bag but they're only open monday-friday and its saturday.. Is it possible to overdose on them.. I had 11 and spit my 12th out while reading the bag.. Please don't post things like your gonna die unless im really going to lol.. because i cant breath and im freaking out.. Thanks in advance! =]Health Question & Answer
