I think it sounds like you're hyperventilating. When you're at home, breathe into a paper bag.

Yes, it sounds stupid. And too simple. But when I was a college girl, I had this problem A LOT. And I am not a stressful person.

If you're not sure, here's a test: Breathe rapidly and deeply for 5 minutes. If that brings on a panic attack, then you have a valuable clue.

I still get stressed out sometimes, but I don't have panic attacks anymore. You might be pleasantly surprised by how quickly you can cure yourself.Health Question & Answer

sometimes that happens with me when i have lack of sleep and have so many midterms and finals that it gets stressful, and i get headaches for days. my method is to just puke it out, drink some water and puke it out in the morning it works for me. when i eat i try to eat sour foods, since there are a few chinese dishes that are sweet and sour it really works my appetite. calm down, take a break from school work and take 3 deep breaths. hope this helps you i hear you since i'm on the 2nd week of midterms, just found this site today during my break and it sure relieves stress ;pHealth Question & Answer

it sounds like you have alot going on at one time. maybe you should think about whether or not you can give something up! also, if its just during martial arts you get dizzy, maybe you are not staying hydrated enough.? drink alot of water and try to stay hydrated. also, try going to bed earlier, and the same time every night. Good luck on your midterms! i'm sure you'll do fine. ;)Health Question & Answer

Probably your headaches and dizziness are both due to stress and insufficient sleep but perhaps sugar is a contributing factor and in that case reducing your sugar intake might perhaps help. See items 71 and 88 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .Health Question & Answer

Why would anyone say that your pregnant.? That was irrelevant...

However, you are hurting your body and mind by not sleeping. Get some sleep and chill out.Health Question & Answer
