Question: I have severe knee pains and i dont know how to get rid of them.?

last yr i had severe knee pains and it turned out my knee cap was dislocated and my cartilage was snapped in three... so that was interesting all that damage from sittin watchin tv,.. no joke went to get up after watching my show and the pain nearly killed me...
wat i advise u do is try the ten min hot and cold treatment... for example
10 mins with a hot water bottle on it
10 mins cold like bag of ice cubes...
continue these ten min pattern for bout an hr and a half and see how u get along... if no improvement at all get urself up to the hospital dont end up like me ... 3 operations and no walkig for 5 and half months all from pains in my knee
