Pain in my leg ?!

Question: Pain in my leg .?

I was asleep last night and I moved my leg in my sleep and then i had an excruciating pain in my leg muscles... my brother told me it was a Charlie horse and my stupid friend ( : P ) told me that it was just a cramp. But it hurt so much that I was crying. What causes this.? like WHAT IS IT.?

Sounds like a charley horse to me, too. I get them only at night when I am laying down. You can usually get rid of it by standing up. Just putting weight on it usually makes it go away.Health Question & Answer
