I've been having severe chest pain for several days. I have NO FEVER. It is especially painful to swallow food or even liquids. If I press down on my chest the pain eases.

It could be pneumonia (lung infection) even though you don't have a fever. If it hurts to swallow food, you could also have strep. In either case you may need antibiotics so get to the doctor as soon as you can!Health Question & Answer
