Is knuckle broken? What Can The Hospital do?!

2 Weeks ago i punched a wall in a a drunken rage as you can properly guess i didn't win the fight, anyway my hand was very swollen after wards round my pinky knuckle and also a lot of bruising on my palm, the swelling has gone down now but i can not make a tight fist with my hand the knuckle it really hurts where my pinky is i get a sharp pain, also it looks like its been crushed or my knuckle has been knocked back about an a few centimeters where my knuckle was thereisn'tt anything but about an 3-4cm's back there is a hard small lump what hurts when i press it and also make a fist, i can not lift my hand out straight either its pretty much impossible unless i use my other hand to make it straight and when i do there is a really big lump.? what can the hospital do.? im not waiting 5hours in a xray que for them to say its broken it will heal itself, if they can actually do some thing i will go there now! thanks for reading Health Question & Answer
