Question: Bad chest pain on the left side please help.?

hi everyone!
well yesterday and today, i started to get very bad chest pain on my left side about my breast it goes for practically the whole day!!
it gets better at night tho
im 16 years old im not over weight
and i have no clue of what it could be.?
i do have asthma but its not bad.
im thinking it might be from stress
what do you think.?

please help!

Hi there! What a loaded question!!! There is so much that can be wrong. Chest pain can come in different ways....ache....sharp....stabbing....com... and goes....dull.....is affected by breathing, heart beat....etc. Could be your lungs. It could be pleurisy, pneumonia, a heart problem or aortic artery problem, could be your breasts are growing (yes they are still growing and can cause sharp pains in them when they do.) At any rate, I think you need to tell your mother or other adult female your concerns. Stress would not cause this, dear....do take this to your nearest adult female in your life, OK.?
