Do you crack your own neck?!

Question: Do you crack your own neck.?
Some people are able to crack the bones in their neck by cranking their head to the side, or pulling their head out away from their body. Are you able to do this.? Does it feel good to manipulate the bones in your neck like a chiropractor would do, but by yourself.?Health Question & Answer
